Cancellation & Refund Policy
PERSOVERA INSIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
PERSOVERA INSIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant. If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations, please notify our customer service within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly. In case of approved refunds by PERSOVERA INSIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund will be processed within 9–15 days.
